Windows 10: Win10 does not see external camera connected via HDMI

    Win10 does not see external camera connected via HDMI


    We have connected a Panasonic AVCCAM to our laptop via the HDMI ports on both. The laptop does not see the camera nor can we get it to see it. Why can't it be seen? Do we need to change something in settings?

    Why exactly is ATi considered be better at HDMI?

    Sound works fine only issue with me is underscan when connecting to my tv.

    I plug my HDMI cable into the card, then into my TV. Those are the steps that I have to do. All the steps you list make absolutely no sense to me.
