Win10 factory reset failed 3 times. Stuck on startup loop now

I tried to reset my computer today after 3 years of using it without any sort of re-formatting, and all three times the reset got stuck on 65% before a blue screen appeared and said that an error occurred. It would then give me the options of either:
    a) returning back to my windows 10, with nothing changed
    b) Trying to reset again
    c) advanced options.

I tried the reset 3 times, and after the last try failed I went to advanced options to look at other ways to approach the issue, such as checking if there were any restore points that I could restore to (which there were none).

After that didn't work, I clicked on the first option of just returning back to my windows 10, and that was when it would not start up anymore.

My computer now is stuck on a infinite loop of the launch screen of the ASUS logo, it flashes, then goes onto the second ASUS logo, and this is all it does, go round and round.

I tried to boot it on F8, F9 (the ASUS recovery button), and the 'delete' button. NOTHING WORKS.

I finally tried F2, which led me to the BIOS page? And I clicked on the boot tab and disabled the first boot configuration option, and still to no avail. It returned to looping, and when trying F8, F9, after disabling that BIOS option, and it still won't do anything but loop.

    Any ideas?

    :)

  2. November upgrade on 16gb tablet

Hello thanks for the drivers but now my device is stuck in another loop.

I performed a fast hard reset and it sadly failed leaving me with a blank screen.

this is what that has happened:

    1. My tablet restarted.

    2. It started the reset process but stuck at 66% for 2 whole days.

    3. The screen turned off and there was no sign of reset.

    4. So I pressed the volume+ and power button for a while after which I received a new error saying that my pc was shut down abruptly while it was updating.

    5. I knew that this would lead to loops so I turned off my tablet and did the process of going into the recovery environment by pressing the powerbutton while startup.

    6. The next time I started up, the iBall logo came and after that the screen is blank.

No sign of windows logo and the loop below only when I touch the screen it shows me some strange pointer and the working loop besides it, which used to come in windows 7 touch devices please help!

  3. Factory reset of windows 10 got stuck. Now in infinite loop

Same issue here from an upgrade from 7 then factory reset. Stuck at 42% for 4.5 hours before I did a hard reset. Luckily I had installed the upgrade from a dvd installation media made from a downloadable iso of Win10 Pro. The problem for me now is attempting
a repair with the installation media for a reset results on getting stuck on "Resetting this PC 1%" for 3 hours now.

Win10 factory reset failed 3 times. Stuck on startup loop now

Obviously you have another computer that is working.
The following is to do a Clean Install Of Windows 10.
Use the link below and download the current Windows 10 ISO file > then burn it to a bootable media ( DVD or USB ).
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/softw...load/techbench

Note : make sure you select the same language, and bit version as your Asus computer.

Take the bootable media to your Asus computer > go to the Bios ( F2 key ) > set the boot order to CD/DVD or USB (depending on which bootable media you are using ) > insert the media > restart computer.
    Installation will begin.
You will be asked for a product key. Click the Skip option ( or a "I do not have a product key" option ) and continue.
    Activation should be automatic.
