Windows 10: Win10 keyboard language cannot be set correctly

I have been trying to correct the keyboard language setting but incorrect characters are still being typed. I'm using English as the display language and a Spanish Qwerty keyboard. I have the correct combination set in the Language and keyboard settings, but nothing fixes it.I even tried switching to an English keyboard setting and then back again to the Spanish one to no avail.Is it possible that a corrupted driver could cause this problem, or could a recent Windows update have done it?

Meanwhile, I suggest that you remove and re-add the German keyboard layout. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Setting > Time & Language > Region & Language.
   
2. Under Languages, select English (United States), and then click

3. Under Keyboard, select German and then click
   Remove.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Restart your computer and then re-add the German keyboard layout and set it as your default keyboard.

Language keyboard input doesn't equal output

Language input may vary depending on the Input method set on your keyboard settings. To sort your concern, we suggest that you check if the desired input is set correctly by following these steps:

• Type in Language and keyboard options on the search box.
• Select the desired language that you're trying to set up.
• Once you've selected the language, select Options.
• Under Keyboards, select Microsoft IME and click
  Options.
• Scroll down and select Open advanced settings.
• A window will pop up. Under General tab, click the drop-down arrow for
  Input method and select the desired input.
• Click OK.

The extra keyboard layout keep adding to my language bar (with Pics)

The updated Windows 10 may have detected your language, the reason why it automatically gave you the other Thai US keyboard. To correct this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Click on the Start Menu, type in region and language settings and select it.
• Under Languages, select Thai Kedmanee keyboard and click Remove.
• Lastly, add it back by clicking Add a language.

After these steps, your keyboard layout will permanently stay with Thai Kedmanee keyboard.
