    Win10 Pro Updated to Enterprise and need to recover my Key

    Hi...

    About a month ago, I built a PC: MSI X570; Ryzen 3800X; 32GB Corsair 3200Mhz RAM;
    RTX 2070 Super-8GB VRAM, 32GB RAM; SSD 970 EVO 500GB NvME; SSD 860 QVO 2TB;
    and installed win10 pro. No issues. Authenticated the Key.

    Issues of constant restarting appeared and got worse by the day. It would happen
    while running video intense simulation programs. I reinstalled them. Nothing.
    The restarts began getting more frequent. Error messages like : "Page Fault
    in Paged Area
    " would appear. Finally, the system would automatically
    restart before I was able to even access the login page.

    I thought it was a hardware issue, but it turned out to be the win10 pro opsys.
    The computer name is ALTEC-SIM. So, I downloaded Win10 from Mcft site onto a USB and
    installed Win10... but it installed Win10 Enterprise. Now, there are no restart issues.

    How can I get back to my original Win10 Pro, the settings and recover my original key?

    As I look at my Mcft Account --> Devices, the PC "ALTEC-SIM" appears "Turned off"...
    But this is the same PC that I'm trying to re-establish and am writing from. So, it is
    indeed Turned On. Also, if I look at the PC Name through Config, it shows ALTEC-SIM as
    th PC Name.

    Also, on My Devices, another PC appears "Turned on" that I don't recognize
    "DESKTOP-4CUGL3R". Could it be my original ALTEC-SIM that now has Win10 Enterprise on it
    and that I'm writing you from?

    Can you help??
    Thanks!!
    Greg

    :)

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

    Win10 Upgrade to Pro delivers Enterprise

    Hi

    I've had an activated Win10 Home version on a new computer for almost one year and upgraded yesterday to Pro.

    But at the end of the install process, the windows version is recognized as Enterprise and won't activate. Error code 0x803F7001

    troubleshooter does nothing

    and change key doesn't apply since there never was a key an this new PC

    Windows get-help suggests to talk to an agent

    but the phone number given is non-functional

    is Microsoft Windows and support a real (professional) service?

    an i the only one with such issues?

    and/or is there any way out?

    thanks for any suggestion/solution

    Win10 Pro Updated to Enterprise and need to recover my Key

    Activate Win10 Enterprise with Upgrade Key

    I have a valid lot of upgrade licenses for Windows 10 Enterprise, but the activation agent won't accept it. How do I make it accept it?

    I also have valid lot licenses for WinXP Pro Install and Win7 Pro Upgrade.

    However, I can't install those OSs -- XP doesn't install on modern hardware, and even when it does it needs software updates before it can install Win7. Then there's the fact that it's just not reasonable to install three OSs to get to the OS I need to run.

    I installed Win10 Enterprise 64bit from the "trial" ISO image on Microsoft's website (version 1703, which is the version listed on my license).

    However, when I go to activate it, it rejects my Win10 key (0xC004F050). I tried entering my Win7 key to see if that would make it ask for the upgrade key or something, and it gave me another error (0xC004F210).

    How do I make it accept my key?
