    in windows 8, when i click on snipping tool, it was already active and i can choose the desktop area to be captured but in windows 10, after starting snipping tool i have to click on new button to activate it which annoys me greatly pls forgive my poor english

    Your post is unclear. Please post a step-by-step description of what you are doing, e.g. like so:

    • Open the snipping tool
    • Click "New"

    In Win10 type Snip into the search box in your primary monitor toolbar. Snipping Tool will show up at the top of the list.
