    Win10 sudden Bsod boot loop


    Hi,


    My PC was fine, I woke it from sleep and ran up iTunes to watch some stuff on apple TV. Went to TV and apple TV couldn't connect to iTunes. Back to the computer and its sitting on a bsod with the stop code : SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED no file is listed


    On boot it now alternates between that and windows recovery which always just fails.


    I did a bit of googling, worked out how to boot into safe mode from windows recovery, but it won't boot into safe mode with networking or even without, always stops with the same error as above.


    I don't have a recovery disk or any recovery points I know, idiot. Is a reinstall the only option and is it safe to run that from the windows recovery thing as I can't find an install disk from memory this pc was upgraded to 10 for free from 7 when that was an option

    BSOD Loop on boot

    Hello,

    Earlier today my computer crashed into a BSOD and ever since then it is stuck on a BSOD loop when trying to boot into windows.

    Things I have tried so far:

    -Booting from a USB Windows (Loads the windows logo then BSOD)

    -Letting it do automatic repair (BSOD)

    -Letting it do disk check (BSOD)

    -Running it with different RAM sticks (BSOD)

    -Running it without the 1060 (BSOD)

    -Clearing BIOS settings (BSOD)

    I am at a loss. Any help appreciated.

    System

    -Intel i5 6600k

    -Nvidia 1060

    -16gb ram

    -gigabyte z170x

    Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
