Win10 Updated, Now Freezes, Can't Roll Back to Previous Build

SOLVED: I 'reset' my PC. Seems to have fixed the problem.
    --
Last night my Windows 10 Pro PC updated to a newer version. The OS Build is currently at 10586.589. Immediately after updating, the PC starts to completely lock up within two mins of it booting up. It happens every time I boot up the system.
I tried to go back to a previous build but I am not able to. There is no such option in Settings > Update & Security > Recovery, and I can't also roll back from the special troubleshooting menu (Shift + Restart). It simply says "We ran into a problem rolling back, etc etc."
I have no idea what to do. It works perfectly fine in Safe Mode (which is where I am writing from) but on a normal boot up, it hangs within two mins. The only option I see is 'resetting' my PC, but I am hoping there is a workaround this. I will appreciate any help provided.
Edit: Unfortunately, I don't have a system recovery as well. I have no idea why Windows never created one even though I specifically never touched that setting due to previous experience.

    :)

    Windows 10 Anniversary update

I have had the update for about 3 weeks now and it continues to freeze for no reason. How do I roll back to the previous build?

  3. ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics Driver is not working properly after last windows update

Assuming you just installed (upgraded to) the Fall Creators Update (Windows 10 Version 1709), see if the behavior persists after rolling back to your previous Win10 build (e.g., Win10 Version 1703). If the behavior persists, you're seeing the effects of
an unwanted/unnecessary/incompatible driver update. If the behavior does NOT persist, the Fall Creators Update is your troublemaker.
