  1. Win10 Version 1803 Extremely Sluggish

This weekend I purchased a Samsung 970 Pro SSD to upgrade my systems main drive. Because the OS on the old SSD was the previous version of windows I decided to download the ISO of version 1803 onto a flash drive and just do a clean install on the 970 pro. The install was smooth and once i got through the initial setup of Windows I immediately installed all of my system drivers drivers, rebooted and then installed all windows updates with no issues again. At this time everything that needs to be installed IS installed but the entire system is just so sluggish. I also noticed that my CPU’s core speed is constantly going up and down. As a test i plugged my previos SSD back in, booted the previos OS version and then updated to the new version through the update section in settings. The system was running smooth and fast prior but again, sluggish with a needlessly hyperactive CPU afterwards. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on? I feel like i might need to download the ISO of the previous versiob and do a clean install on my new SSD because the system just isnt conducive to gaming, which is what it was designed and built for. Specs are as follows

    Motherboard: MSI Z170a Krait Gaming

    CPU: 4.0 Ghz intel i7 6700k

    GPU: 8gb AMD R9 390x

    RAM: 32gb DDR4-2800 ADATA XPG Z1 (8gb x 4)

PSU: 600 watt ATNG 80 Plus

Drives: 512gb SanDisk x400 SSD (intial)

512gb Samsung EVO Pro NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD

2TB 7200 RPM 3.5 in SATA HDD (media storage)

the initial SSD had 250gbs of free space when i unplugged it and installed the 970 Pro. After all installing version 1803, system drivers and updates there was around 400GB free on the new drive.

I have run SFC /Scannow, now errors found

I have run DISM xxxxxx /

    the initial SSD had 250

    :)
