Windows 10: [WIN10 - Version 1903] - Erreur 0x000007d1 sur le pilote d'une imprimante brother MFC-J4710DW

Bonjour à tous,
Suite à la mise à jours de windows 10 (1903), mon imprimante Brother MFC-J4710DW (imprimante / scanner / fax) ne fonctionne plus pour la partie impression depuis la station de travail mise à jour, alors que les fonctions scanner et fax sont opérationnelles.

J'obtient une erreur 0x000007d1

J'ai éffectué les opérations suivantes :
Désinstallations des pilotes et logiciels de l'imprimante,
Nettoyage du registre windows,
Redemarrage de la station de travail,
Réinstallation des pilotes et logiciels de l'imprimante,

après ses opérations j'obtiens toujours le même message d'erreur (0x000007d1). Pourtant sur mon autre station de travail, qui elle est encore sur Windows 10 (1803) tout fonctionne à merveille...

Avez-vous une solution à mon problème?

Hello everyone,

Following the update of windows 10 (1903), my Brother MFC-J4710DW (printer / scanner / fax) printer no longer works for the print part from the updated workstation, while the scanner and fax functions are operational.



I get an error 0x000007d1



I performed the following operations:

Uninstalling the printer drivers and software,

Cleaning the windows registry,

Restarting the workstation,

Reinstalling printer drivers and software,



after its operations I always get the same error message (0x000007d1). Yet on my other workstation, which is still on Windows 10 (1803) everything works perfectly ...



Do you have a solution to my problem?

Pendant que j'installe mon imprimante il survient une fen^tre

Erreur 1324

the path WD sinc Data contains un invalid character

Une autre fenêtre erreur irrecupérable l'hors de l'instalation

Que faire? mettre les appareils a poubelle qui peut m'aider? Merci infiniment
