Windows 10: Win11 changing tab positions when screen is turned on and off

When i leave my PC, with dual monitor I turn the screens off. When i come back and fire both screens back up simultaneously the PC almost reboots up - resizes resolution and screen layout and various tab positions on the taskbar will change locations. Some will put more tab's on the right screen and vica versa. Is there a way that when i leave my PC, it will stay locked for the tab locations when i turn my monitors back on?

Nice if Start screen "remembered" its position

This is not really a problem to be solved now, but a suggestion to Microsoft for a future update or version of Windows.

It would be nice if the Start screen remembered its position. For example, if I open the Start screen and scroll down to those applications that start with the letter "W", the next time I open the Start screen, it reverts back to displaying the top of the
list. It would be nice if it "remembered" I was on "W" and opened at that position.

I suggest you to Uninstall and reinstall the Display driver in Compatibility mode and check if it works for you.
Refer to the steps below:

Follow the steps to uninstall the Display driver:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
• Right-click on the Display Adapter listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Select the option to Delete driver software.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.

Now download the drivers the manufacturer website and install it in Windows 8.1 compatibility mode. Follow the steps provided below to install the drivers in compatibility mode:

• Right-click on the driver and click on ‘properties’.
• Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for
  “and select Windows 8.1 operating system from the drop down.
• Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.
