    Hi guys,

So, I’ve been having this issue with this win32full.sys that no matter what I do it won’t go away.

    For instance,

I removed the CMOS battery and left it removed for like 3-4 hours (cuz I had to go do something personal) and then placed it back in, also disconnected the GPU, used the onboard HDMI instead, and one of the ram cards. When I turned on the computer and went on UEFI mode the bios reset to P 00 something. So, I used the fast flash install option with the same bios I had downloaded the very firs time I hooked up the PC and did the very first install process. Then, I did the memtest86, and fortunately, no errors at all. It took like 2hrs and 15mins for 4 run passes though lol. Then went ahead and installed Windows (using my SSD unallocated space and without touching the system reserved partition), and after that, no errors so far. I installed Windows 10 pro with no problem with no internet (I didn’t plugged my Lan cable at anytime). However, after Windows had finished the final settings and I was customizing some preferences like having the pc icon on the desktop and making files show extensions such as .exe, etc..., the computer crashed and showed me the error win32full.sys, yet again. ;(

Windows Update gets stuck on checking for updates and doesn’t download and install any updates at all. It then says no updates available, will check daily for new updates or gives an encounter error 0x80080005. Also, sometimes the pc crashes while waiting for Windows Update to its thing, and gives me the error what failed win32full.sys and the stopcode: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

    My Computer specs are:

    CPU: i7-8700K

Cooler: be quiet Dark Rock4, BK021, 200W TDP

GPU: ZOTAC gaming GeForce RTX2060 TwinFan

    Motherboard: ASROCK Z390 Extreme4

    RAM: 2x8GB G.Skill Aegis

PSU: EVGA Super Nova 650 G+, 80 plus

    SSD: Crucial MX500 500GB 3D NAND

    HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 2TB

ODD: LG Internal Super Multi Drive

    Case: RV02B-EW

I found out on the web that the Microsoft community might help out identifying what triggers this error. They would just need the miniDUMP files acquired by following they’re instructions.

I’ve already done those instructions and here I’m pasting the link for my DUPM files.
