    Win7 Enterprise x32 to win10 x64

Hey guys. I was given a PC from a storage room. Got it starting and It runs windows 7 enterprise 32 bit. Since this OS is outdated, I want to install windows 10 x64 bit. The problem I'm having here is: windowsmediatool does not support Enterprise version. I want a clean install of win 10 x64, no data transfer, just clean windows. My question is now. Can I simply download win 10 x64 as ISO and install it straight from the system for it to recognize the win 7 key? I mean I don't mind downgrading to pro/home version, since this will be used at home for browsing etc. Or is there a smarter/easier way of installing win10 x64? What would you suggest? I fairly open, if I can't install win10 (any version) I'd go with Linux (Mint or Ubuntu, would play around with them).

Btw: I have attempted to use Windows mediatool and used "upgrade" option but it spits an error. Upon research it's because enterprise is not supported by this tool.

iTunes on my Windows 10 X64 Enterprise can't connect to iTunes store

I've arrived at the conclusion that it's a Win10 ENTERPRISE x64 connection issue.

    So far I have installed:

    -x64 Enterprise on one partition

    -x64 Pro on another partition

-x32 Free upgrade on my server

-x32 Free upgrade on my htpc

All issues I had were only on the ENTERPRISE x64 edition.

    • Outlook couldn't find my email hosts
    • Chrome couldn't find a Dashlane extension
    • iTunes couldn't find the iTunes store

    • The common denominator? Connection issues. But not all the time. Only (so far) in these cases. It's not a firewall issue either, happened with- or without firewall and web protection on or off.

    WMDC(x64) error 85010014 on Win7(x64) with Office 2010(x32) - Help please!

    System details

    • Windows 7 Pro x64, WMDC x64
    History

    • WMDC was syncing fine with Office 2007 installed
    • Removed Office 2007 and installed Office 2010 x64
    • Realised that Office 2010 x64 was not going to work with WMDC
    • Uninstallated Office 2010 x64 and re-installed Office 2010 x32
    • WMDC now tries to sync and gets the dreaded 85010014 error
This is the information from WMDC log file

wmdc Information: 8 : Engine.OnError in AirSyncDesktop in Windows PC - HRESULT:85010014 - View status%Exchange ActiveSync encountered an error. If this condition persists, please contact your System administrator.

    DateTime=2010-05-24T16:13:23.3063702Z

wmdc Information: 0 : Toast::OnError (-2063532012, View status - Exchange ActiveSync encountered an error. If this condition persists, please contact your System administrator.)

    Things I've tried so far

    • Uninstalled Office 2010 x32 and WMDC and re-installed both
    • Checked PST files for errors with ScanPST
    • Checked access permissions to various file paths suggested in various posts that I found
    • Delete/Re-created the partnership many times
If I set the sync to only sychronise folders that works fine but any link to Outlook throws up the same error.

The only thing I haven't tried yet is to delete and re-create a profile on Outlook which is a last resort unless someone can perhaps suggest something I've missed.

Any help would be most appreciated as I am tearing my hair out now.

    Regards

The free Win10 is an upgrade
Sooooo, bump your Win8 system to x64 before

You might want to get fresh Win8 install media
