Window 10 and GForce recent 4/30/2020 update causing my PC crash..

after 4/30/2020 Window System update, my Nvidai 940 graphic card also updated and then it will not start

I have a good PC with ASUS MAXIMUS motherboard, i7-4790 4000 Mhz. CPU and Nvidia 940 graphic card with Window 10 operating system working perfectly until three days ago, it installed a new WIndow 10 64bit update and G force graphic card upgrade software. After installation, I lost the 2nd monitor, and then the BIOS shuts down PC due to overheating. Now it just won't show Republic of Gamer==manufacture's name at star-up only lit-up the keyboard and mouse with the black screen. I restarted machine many times, Ctrl-Alt-Del, nothing had changed.

What can I do to revive it? Please help.

Windows 10 update causing PC to crash

The most recent Windows update occasionally causes my PC to crash during the booting phase. I tried using the troubleshooter, but it failed to accomplish anything. I've tried restarting my PC several times but it all lead back to it not being able to start
properly. The only way I can get around this is by doing a system restore back to a period before the recent Windows 10 update. I'm fine using the older version of Windows but my PC just updates back to the updated version. After a couple of days, the same
problem comes back to bite me in the bum. I have already done 4 system restores and it's kinda getting irritating. Any suggestions on how to prevent my PC from crashing.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Gta 4 crashing constantly

Sup everyone, i seem to be having a very annoying problem. I purchased gta 4 recently and i installed it and it runs quite well, my system is listed in my specs. The problem with the game, is that about +/- 5 minutes of playing, the screen gets funny coloured squares and my whole pc crashes. I have xp sp3 installed. I have tried numerous things like clocking my cpu back to stock but to no avail. My pc is not overheating, thats for sure, i dunno. My mate just told me that it might just be a bug, but it seems strange that i bug in the game would cause my whole pc to crash. Any suggestions?
