Windows 10: Window 10 Folder Showing blurry and image thumbnails not Showing

There us strange issue in my windows 10 when I click on large icon view Folder Showing blurry and image thumbnails not Showing and when I refresh everything looks blank please give me the solution I try every method but no luck

Thumbnails won't show images

On Windows 10 my images aren't showing the image in the thumbnail. It's showing a pieces of blank paper. This randomly started happening today. I have checked the "Organize" setting and the "Always show icons, never thumbnails" is unchecked. I'm not sure
what else to do. Any suggestions?

 

Image Thumbnails Not Showing in Folders

I am having an issue with my documents on my computer. Only a few images will show in each folder when I go to view them. However, when I insert a USB with photos, the thumbnails are displayed properly. I did un-check the "Always show icons, never thumbnails",
reset the folders, uninstalled One Drive but I am still having this same issue. I also tried the command prompts but I am at a loss.

There's a possibility that some folder settings may have changed. It could be set to show icons and not thumbnails. To verify that, please follow the steps below:

• Open the File Explorer.
• Click the View tab.
• On the upper-right corner, click Options.
• On the Folder Options, click the View tab.
• Under Files and Folders, uncheck Always show icons, never thumbnails.
• Click Apply, then OK.

Once done, try checking if the folder icons are already showing thumbnails.
