Windows 10: Window 10 Freezes: new gaming computer pc, but Windows Freezes

Hi,


Last week I bought brand new HP PC. After start running I updated windows and installed softwares.

Windows freeze screen happened during using softwares like sound and video editing. So actually it happened immediately after start using pc, using the softwares: this is the reason why I bought expensive pc. During freeze nothing works but mouse moves and of course ctrl+alt+del to open task manager.

Yet not installed any games on machine.

This is really embarrassing situation with new computer, because I really don't like to take back to shop.


Below is the only error, what I have noticed!


Is there any solution?
