Windows 10: Window 10 Installation

Greetings


I have 3 x HP Z800.

2 of them run the latest Win10 without issue.

1 of them, suddenly developed an error on BOOT -IRQ less or not equal

I removed all cards except the Graphics card and restart.

Same error.

I decided to do a fresh install from the USB created from Microsoft.

Same error.

I purchased a new 1TB SSD and tried again

Same error

I tried installing CENTOS 8.

Worked perfectly.

So I tried installing Windows 8.1

Worked perfectly

I tried upgrading the Windows 8.1 install with the Windows 10 USB

Same error - IRQ less or not equal.

PLUS I received the message:

We Couldn't Install Windows 10

We've set your PC back to the way it was right before you started installing Windows 10


0xC1900101 - 0x20017

The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation


When I chose TROUBLE SHOOTING TIPS it prompted

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
