We couldn't update the system reserved partition!

Hello, I understand there may already have been same title post in Microsoft community etc but nothing worked out out of all those I found, I tried to do the command prompt way with you know ,assigning letter to system reserved part of drive and the other
stuff but to no avail. it doesn't seem to work, as in the Y (system reserved) drive there's only 2 files, cant make em not hidden no matter how hard I tried, I need to access boot folder to delete all languages except English as described here:

    READ THIS LINK
. Sorry if I'm not writing English all that well it's my 3rd language.
What I'm trying to do already several days is to update my Windows 7 to Windows 10, but every time I try all I get is:
We couldn't update the system reserved partition! We couldn't update the system reserved partition! We couldn't update the system reserved partition! We couldn't update the system reserved partition! We couldn't update the system reserved partition! We
couldn't update the system reserved partition! We couldn't update the system reserved partition! We couldn't update the system reserved partition! We couldn't update the system reserved partition! We couldn't update the system reserved partition!

I don't know where else to ask you are my last hope,I was highly anticipating W10 coming for me and now.. cant install it properly, would be very grateful is somebody could help, today alone wasted like 4 hours trying to solve this..

We couldn't update the system reserved partition - Windows 10 1803 Updates won't install

Can't install 1803 update on my one Windows 10 machine.

We couldn't update the system reserved partition - Windows 10 1803 Updates won't install

    What I tried:

    • I have run a partition utility to increase the system reserved partition size and it still won't let me update the latest updates with the same error about reserved partition. The reserved partition looks spread across 3 though i can't actually merge the
      entries..

Window 10 is not completing new updates, * We couldn't update the system reserved partition. d5daad2a-9407-4d92-b9a8-cf8d7ce74fd3?upload=true.png

My second pc is fine with the update with all the same apps and similar hardware (AMD CPU, asus mobo, ssd). I have a samsung ssd with magician running turned off rapid mode and over provisioning but didn't help.

I"m about out of ideas. Can we create a new Windows update that fixes this for me?

Same issue for 1809 updates though i know they yanked it i think it still has the same issue as last update for me.

    Thanks!
