I had 2 drives. If I reformat the pc, will 2 drive reformat together?

 

No, you format the drives one at a time. They will not format together. You have to choose which drive to format.

So can I just format just the OS drive and install window? By the way, my window 10 is upgraded from the window 7 and i got window 7 disc. So how I am going get back to window 10?

 

Yes, you can format just the OS drive and install Windows. You can download Windows 10 from this website.

Since your copy of Windows 10 was activated, you don't need to install Windows 7. Just install the same version of Windows 10 you have now (Home or Pro) and it will automatically activate once you go on the internet. It has to be the same version or it will not activate. If you have Windows 10 Single Language you have to reinstall Single Language. If you have Windows 10 Home, you have to reinstall Windows 10 Home. When you get to the screen where it asks for a product key just click on "I don't have a product key".

On Kyhi's Bootable Rescue Disk (the live version of Windows) there is a program called ShowKeyPlus. Run ShowKeyPlus and see if it shows you your version of Windows 10.

I reformat ytd the OS drive. I used window 7 disc and try to install but got problem. Look like I have to use your window 10 iso to try out. Pray hard for it to work.

 

I finished install back window 10. but now when I restart the window, it kind of stuck before loading to window 10 in a black screen with a blinking cursor.... I have to restart and press F12 to load in window 10.

is there any way to skip the blinking cursor in the black screen?

Most of these involve an incompatible driver or wrong boot drive. First things to try, remove the 2nd drive, not the one you installed Win10 on. Also remove all peripherals from your usb's (incl your Win10 install usb if you put the ISO on it) except mouse and keyboard (I assume you have a desktop from picture in post 1 but if laptop, remove mouse ). Reboot, post result.
