Windows 10: Window 10 Update & Security Page Freeze or Keep Loading and Loading

After I update my windows 10 to 1903 18362.175


1. when I go to setting>Update & Security> then look like freeze not doing anything at all


2. on window search type in update > then go window update setting > will bring me to window Update page > but just keep loading and loading like 2 hour and do nothing and nothing show. all I saw just Window Update and dot dot dot moving on top of page and a blank page on bottom


My PC is AMD 1800 - AMD Athlon 64 X3 Dual Core Process 3800 + xGHz

4GB Ram

Windows 10 Pro

version 1903

installed on 6/16/2019

os build 18362.175

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

 

Windows Vista Wont Install Freezes?

had the same problem, freezes and long installation including each step loading, in my case a bios update helped.
