    Window 10 Ver1809?

I have a Laptop, Desktop, and Surface Pro 4. All are on windows 10 ver 1803. The Surface said there was an update, but then hung at 0% in the download. All three machines had errors on installing some update. (I don't know which) The MS Update fix on all machines said the "Update record" or something like that was corrupted. All three machines? At any rate, The desktop update fix utility says the problem was solved, on 2 of 3 machines, (The laptop and Surface show an error not fixed) but all say that Windows is up-to-date running 1803. Hasn't there been an October 2018 update that takes the build to 1809?

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
