    window 10 would connect to everything just fine unless it's a Bluetooth speaker/headphone


    After trying every method in the book, I eventually took the most drastic action and came here, Microsoft community. So I've recently run into a situation in which my Windows 10 computer cannot connect to a bluetooth speaker but can connect to my wireless mouse, despite the mouse also being a bluetooth device. It would merely describe everything else as an unknown device save the mouse and a couple other local bluetooth devices that aren't bluetooth speakers; can anybody provide any advice on this?
