Windows 10: Window 10s changes are just killing my laptop and i'm so fed up with it

I've just about had it Windows.i just can't burn dvds with my internal and 2 external dvd writers as they produce the exact fail-point on the disc and yes the discs are Verbatim days old and even the newest external burner is less than months old* actually the newer is a blu ray i use for extracting pdf content off them, its never burned a blu ray and its rarely used except as a final option if i'm reading discs.so i unistalled everything last year and it didn't work then so i got sidelined and didn't bother with it.I've got Cue Tools which i use to extract the individual tracks from a single

To change the Account type follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on change your account type.
  
• 
  Select standard account.
  

To delete the account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Select the user account.
  
• 
  Click on Delete the account.
  

To create the new user account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Click on Add A new user in PC setting.
