Windows 10: window file

I ask one thing of attached file information. Above file was filmed by mobile. Q1 There is above Encoded date.UTC2018-11-17 05:22:47(Tagged date also). Does date&time above mentioned mean that it is real date&time when this video was filmed. There is complete name.i.e.20181117-142237 mp4. I am sure that it is real date&time when was filmed by mobile,if there does notexist anything to be edited in the file. Q2:Even if there is anything to be edited,this Encoded date can be sured real date&time when was filmed by mobile. Yes? Q3:And there is slightly distinction betwen date&time of complete name( real date&time ina sense).Distinction is approximately or slightly 6 second. Does it mean that real date & time to be filmed can be Encoded date&time plus Duration time. i.e.5s 568ms(approximately 6second)? In a sense that(Encoded date & time plus Duration time) can be concededreal date&time when was filmed by mobile.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

or just open regedit and remove all the fileX from that key.
