Windows 10: Window Glitches

Two weeks ago my laptop started acting up so I did a full factory reset. Ever since then I've noticed a few things that weren't and have never happened before. For example, my One Drive opens to a blank screen unless I go through the actual Microsoft website. I can't open photos anymore- no format is supported. No program including Windows Photo, Viewer, or Paint-Paint 3D will open them. I can't right click and save photos anymore either. When I do save them from certain websites, they're suddenly saving as TIFF files which has never happened before. Any suggestions other than another reset?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Glitching After Updating To Windows 10

Display errors might have caused by an incompatible drivers. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to know the following:

• What is the
  build number and version of your Windows?
• When you say glitch, does it mean that the screen flickers?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• What is the make and model of your Windows 10 laptop?

In the meantime, we suggest that you update the graphics driver of your Windows 10 by following the steps given on this article:
