Windows 10: Window movie player reports File System Error (-2147219196) in latest build 17134

Discus and support Window movie player reports File System Error (-2147219196) in latest build 17134 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Today I went to open a movie file using the Windows 10 APP and it reported a File System error (-2147219196).     Today I went to open a movie file using the Windows 10 APP and it reported a File System error (-2147219196).

    It does this on three of my Windows 10 computers that just had the latest 2/14/2019 Windows 10 update.

    This is not a PC problem but rather a problem with the update or the application. I suspect the update.

    Whatever happened to quality control?

    When can we expect Microsoft to look at this?

    I am trying to watch MKV files in Microsoft movies and the app wont launch ang gives me this message

    File System Error (-2147219196).
    What is this?

    the photos app also doesn't work anymore

    When I try to open the media player on Windows 10, I now get the error message: File system error (-2147219196). About 2 weeks ago, I opened the media player with no error message and was able to use the application with no problems. Is there a fix
    for this error?

    After the recent Windows 10 upgrade, wifi stopped working, so rolled back. Then when attempting to play an mp4 file, I get file system error (-2147219196) message...

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
