  1. Window Server 2016 - Random reboots - Bugcheck D1 / TCPIP.sys

    Hi

For a few months now, we've been experiencing random reboots of all our servers - notably the ones running IIS. All servers are up to date and are hosted on a virtualise platform, Openstack / Hyper V and VMWare ESXi - we have reboots with the same bug check and errors across all the platforms.

We've tried alsorts to get to the bottom of this issue. I've analysed the memory dump and it doesn't appear to point to any particular issue, normally I'd go with network drivers but this happens on all our platforms which all emulate different network cards.

    example memory dump: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AqYZkykf3Xy9hep8Q-4DAZRoxqU5xw?e=cdIMEs

Screenshot showing all the random BSOD's: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AqYZkykf3Xy9hep9RgQNXQR8PUq2JA?e=HaOppN

    This particular server specs:

    Running on Hyper V

    12GB RAM

    64Bit Windows Server 2016.

    vCPU's: 8

    1 vNIC.

We have the same setup in multiple data centres - over different hypervisors and different hardware, virtual and physical.

Shout if you need any more information.

    Thanks!

    Michael

    :)

Server 16 random bugchecks with reboot

I have a server 2016 that has been getting a random bug check for about 3 months now.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff802ab7a1540, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 7e61515c-2ec2-4a6f-af51-54d2977482a5. The .dmp
file is 4 gb. I have saved a copy and deleted the original so that can at least be cleared out the next it happens with hopefully a much smaller dmp file.

I have updated the bios and chipset for it.

    I have ran sfc /scannow.

    I have ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and dism.exe
    /online
    /Cleanup-Image
    /StartComponentCleanup

  3. Getting Critical_structure_corruption (tcpip/sys) BSOD on Windows 10 computer

    Old title: critical_structure_corruption (tcpip/sys)

    Hi,

I keeping getting a random BSOD with "critical_structure_corruption (tcpip/sys)" as the reason. I then have to wait approximately 10 seconds during which time Microsoft are collecting information about the error. This seemed to be introduced after the last
Windows update Tuesday. I couldn't find the cause so did a system restore and all was fine again until the following morning when Microsoft automatically installed the updates again. A rollback doesn't fix the problem now.

When are Microsoft going to fix it for me?

I have got an old-ish motherboard who's latest BIOS update was 2010 so I can't help but think this may be the reason. I've tried everything else.

    Any ideas?
