Windows 10: Window size is too small for me to correctly pair my phone. Won't let me resize it....

Windows 10 Small Tiles Not Sized Correctly

I just downloaded the Windows 10 upgrade (and wondering if I'm regretting it). I resized some of my Start tiles to small. At first they were fine and then all of a sudden, they are not sized right. The icon is cut off and you only see part of it. I
have tried re-sizing them bigger and then back to small. I've also tried removing them and putting them back on but they go back to the "cut off" version. If you hover over them you can see the correctly sized outline of the box.

 

Pairing a phone to a car

One thing I would add ... There should be a list of paired devices on the phone, If so it would be best if you "UnPair" any devices listed on the phone as well as the phones shown on the Car. To Unpair a device from an Android Phone go to Settings, Bluetooth and there should be a list of paired devices - at the right of each paired device is a "Cog" icon click on this and click on the unpair option, repeat for any other unneeded devices.

Sometimes paired items get out of sync and both sides need to be removed to re-pair

 

Windows 10 Pro VM on Hyper-V won’t resize correctly

I run several virtual machines on a Windows 10 host (v. 1803). One VM, an Insider Preview, W10 Pro build 18282 usually won’t resize by dragging the corner with the mouse. Enhanced mode is checked, but the only options are full screen, or a size that is about 44% of diagonal screen size. Occasionally this machine seems to behave correctly and allows resizing by dragging. I like to have the VM sized to almost full screen, leaving just the host’s taskbar visible. I haven’t found any settings for this other then selecting or un-selecting enhanced mode. Am I missing anything?

This is an 8.1 Pro system sized the way I prefer.
