Windows 10: Window sizing area

When resizing a window on a 15" 1920x1080 display, it takes a lot of doing because the area allowed for the cursor to change to the double ended arrow is so small, is there a way to increase the number of pixels?

Follow the steps to change the font size:

• Click on "Windows logo" and select "Settings".
• Select "System".
• You can change the font size here.

Follow the steps to go to Control Panel:

• Type "Control Panel" in the search bar.
• Select "Control Panel" from suggestions.

can't adjust font size...

I would suggest you to follow the below steps to change the font size and check if it helps.

  Type fonts on the search bar and select it.
  
• 
  Click on change font size from the left pane.
  
• 
  Make changes according.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
