Windows 10: Window Start Error

My hard drive is small, I added a second larger one and did some cleaning on the boot disk which was full. Now Windows does not start. Startup Repair was not able to repair files to start Windows 10. How do I reinstall Windows on larger HD and keep my original license?

So to start, i just go into control panel to reformat? Or can i just do it straight from Windows?

Basically what steps do i need to do it?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
