Windows 10: Window that i can not close

    Window that i can not close a63aab47-5c97-48c4-9a3b-3e82840177d8?upload=true.png I have image aprear on my screen from time to time and I can not close it, or do anything ro it.I can only restart my computer to get rid of it. It will stay in front of any other program i am using. Is there anything I can do to make this stop appering?
