Windows 10: window upgrade eddition problem error code 0x0

Error Code 0x0 when upgrading from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Professional

I receive the 0x0 error code after attempting to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from Windows Home. "We couldn't upgrade your edition. Try upgrading your edition again or contact your system administrator. Error Code 0x0"

I'm struggling to upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Education. When I finish the bootup, a message pops up saying the update could not be completed and presents me with the error code 0x0

I have tried disabling my internet security but that hasnt help. Can anyone help me?

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.

4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.
