Windows 10: Window10 desktop blank and taskbar is loading and right is working on desk top Please help!!!

I got a problem in my pc when I started pc and login it after logged in my pc get stuck and blank at desktop like below pic

And taskbar is also not working its showing Loading pic is attached below



And one thing this is that only right click button is work on desktop which pic is included



So please help e to get out of this problem

• Left-click Personalize.
• Open the drop box Choose a fit, then try each and every option.

 

How to pin app shortcut to desk top?

I suggest you to follow below steps to change pin the apps on the desktop screen and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to perform the below steps to add the apps on desktop.

• Click on the “Start button” and locate the App that you want to pin to Desktop.
• Right click on the “App” and click on “More options”.
• Then click on “Open File location” and right click on the app, click on “Send to” option.
• Then select “Desktop (Create shortcut)”.
• Go to “Desktop” and check whether the app is located or not.

Or Step 2: To add shortcuts to the desktop

• Press and hold or right-click the desktop, tap or click New, and then tap or click Shortcut.
• Enter the location of the item or tap or click Browse to find the item in File Explorer.

To better help you with your concern, kindly tell us if you are able to check if there are any applications installed on your device. Here are the steps: Click
Start > All Apps.

If there is an application listed, follow the steps below:

• Right click on the application, click More and then click
  Open file location.
• Once you are prompted on another window, right click on the application, choose
  Send to and then click Desktop.
• Do it with all the application you wants to see on your desktop.
