Windows 10: Window11 version 23H2 error code 0x80070002

Hi, My windows showed a red update icon which I had never seen before. I could finish downloading. When I restarted after the downloading, everything looked normal. However, the computer would show up the red update icon again after I finished installing. I think the installation failed. When I checked, the error code is 0x80070002. I looked this up online, and have tried windows troubleshooting. However, the issue remains. Can someone advise me how to fix this?

Error 0x80070002 when trying to update Windows

I have been having issues for months with Windows 10 updates failing due to Error 0x80070002 on my gaming laptop. The full message reads:

2019-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4503286) -Error 0x80070002.

I am currently on version 1803 (OS Build 17134.590) and I'm being told "You're currently running a version of windows that's nearing the end of support. We recommend you update to the most recent version of Windows 10 now to get the latest features and security improvements."

I have followed the instructions on Error Code 0x80070002 Fixed – Eassos Step-by-Step Tutorial but this hasn't resolved the problem. Does anybody know how to fix this?
