Windows 10: Windows 10 1709 Fall Creators STORE not working

Only Games Tab is working, also my Desktop and Laptop are not working after the update. If I create a new user it works fine.....

It happens on both laptop and desktop so it must be a settings or something with upgrade. I don't know..
It tried all DISM command, SFC /Scannow . Store repair, Store clean Cache. but again , new user is working fine on both.

Do you also have issue with STORE ? I'm having issue on both Desktop and Laptop ... so it's not because of software I'm using. I did an Upgrade on both.Can you see the Home/Apps tab properly without grey squares ?

If I create new USER / ADMIN , it works fine .. is it some kind of setting in windows I might disabled ? because on the created account everything is enabled in privacy and others. what setting could make ?

That folder is where the latest version called 'Fall Creators Update' install files might be stored.

I've found the fix !

Yes !! I've found the STORE issue with grey squares.The only thing that was different with the other user that it was in FULL HEBREW. now on my main account I'm using it all ENGLISH . so it seems that it can't work with HEBREW + ENGLISH Mix. like Region Israel/Hebrew and Language English !

For example it doesn't work when
Region Format Hebrew ( Israel )
Location Israel
Current language for non-Unicode programs English ( United States )

Also on Languages English United States on TOP
Hebrew on Bot

It does work when I choose some of them as English or hebrew and Hebrew on TOP before ENGLISH
