    Windows 10 1709. No admin privilege CMD, Services etc.


    Hi this might be a small issue that I can't fix but after recent attempt to upgrade windows to version 1809 (Which I don't want by the by) I have lost control in CMD and Services.msc specifically preventing me from making any changes in windows update service or anything that could curb down the unwanted "upgrade" to version 1809.

    Any help appreciated as no article in these cases apply as all fixes provided are followed with greyed out options SC] OpenService FAILED 5: Access is denied. message showing up and I know how to access admin.

    Need help with Admin privileges


    That's what puzzles me, I am logged-in as (my username) but still won't give me admin privileges. I checked under control panel/users amd it shows me as a local account. Tried to right click on CMD prompt but the "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" doesn't show up
