Windows 10: Windows 10 1803 and AMD A4 6210 Quad Core

Hi,

I'm having my Acer Aspire E5-521 for almost 5 years. When I bought it new I installed Windows 8.1 Pro, and installed Windows 10 in November 2015. It worked well until Creators Update, when I got back to Windows 8.1. It still works very well even with slow 5.4K RPM HDD.


I would like to install 10 on it because I like it more than Windows 8.1 and it seems more fluent for me (speaking of my experience from my dekstop PC). The only issue I'm dealing with is that fan gets to really high RPM in second part of installation (part where you chose the keyboard, region and stuff like that). I saw recently it has some dust inside, but it's really complicated to open (it was never fixed, all components are original). Does that make problem or low power of the CPU ? It has integrated R3 6210 and 4GB DDR3 RAM.
