Windows 10: Windows 10 1803 OS

Microsoft I need help immediately. I was browsing yesterday . everything was totally fine. but at moment my edge browser hung . I was browsing two Gmail tab and one facebook .

it hang for couple of minutes . then I felt something is wrong …. I tired to open cmd and run netstat -anob. but the PC was still on hold. and with hold it beep beeped for couple of times .then I restarted the pc. then an unknown app with a unfamiliar icon appeared in the task bar and it opened for that to setup something like FTP server was described on it. I am really concerned about my security . after that I open event viewer to see the logs . I felt everything was normal . but saw several time "Audit Failure" and the event is "Cryptographic operation.
