Windows 10: Windows 10 1803 Update error 0x8024a223/kb4464300 fails but completes

Hi, I'm currently running on Windows 10 1809 and I often get this error...and I think it happened maybe after the 10/9 cumulative update. On my Windows 10 update history, I see 10/9 update was successfully installed but the other one which was cumulative update on 10/9 was failed to install. It was the same update i.e kb4464330. I might try re-installing the update but I don't think it work because of the windows update error.

Btw, I use sfc /scannow and it said windows did not find any violating intregations.

Is there a way to fix that problem or is it something on Windows server side?

EDIT: Shoot....it looks like the windows 10 update error resolved itself (goof-up on Windows update servers)...but I begin to wonder if reinstalling kb4464330 would fix the update failed to install.

I get the message 0x8024a223 when I try to do an update. It says Error Encountered

The Retry continues to fail. The log says I am on Windows 10 Insider Preview 10.0.17763.1 (rs5_release) and it was installed correctly.
