    Windows 10 1809 break FreeSync/G-Sync with Desktop Duplication


    FreeSync/G-Sync is not working properly (or even turn completely off) when using desktop duplication API.
    When FPS is below monitor refresh frequency, games stutters. It looks like it's connected with Full screen exclusive mode/Full screen optimization.

    This for the price is an outstanding monitor and it looks fantastic. Apart from the 1ms response (G2G), the 2560 x 1440p and the 144hz refresh this has got G-Sync.
