Windows 10: Windows 10, 1809 cumulatives updates errors

hi Microsoft engineers:

I just went up to 1809 from 1803. Two cumulative updates got installed for my device but not before it failed to install the first time. There is some sort of bug with it. It doesn't happen in 1803. Usually with the cumulative updates, when it is installing, it goes up to like 25% before going down to like 10%. That means the cumulative updates will be installed successfully. It doesn't happen with the cumulative updates in 1809. Please investigate and fix the issue, thanks.

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Maybe try with the Windows update mini-tool, found here http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...dows-10-automatic-updates-and-spyware.218745/ , thanks to Mussels. it installed perfectly for me last night.
