Windows 10: Windows 10 1809 + NVidia Geforce 1070 + Windows Mixed Reality = FPS Drop and problem with...

Last night I found out that the frame rate is only 60 in the Windows Mixed Reality portal and SteamVR games. I put 90 forcibly in the settings of the WMR, and also enabled the reprojection. I found out that the portal still has 60 frames, but the incentive has 90 and works as if in jerks. Installed VRMark. Issued 7500 points instead of 8500 as a month ago. I have 1070 + Windows 1809 (updated automatically from 1803) a week ago. It is known that the MS stopped removing the update to 1809 before eliminating the bugs with the possible loss of files. I tried to install the driver from the NVidia site. New and old in which showed 8500 in VRMark refuse to be installed, they write that the drivers are incompatible with this OS (!!!), although the latter is just intended for 1809. I can manually install only the drivers built into the system, that is, they are Nvidia, but some trimmed, without control panel. Also in the AIDA64 shows that the bus operates in PCIe 2.0 x 16 mode, not 3.0. The same problem with some users from the forum nvidia. I do not have the opportunity to roll back the system, as I removed the restore points.

Mixed reality and nvidia quadro 2200

Is nvidia quadro 2200 compatible with Mixed reality of windows?

Mixed reality check is saying it is not.
