Windows 10: Windows 10 1809 Update Failure BSOD

So today (13/12/2018) the Windows update 1809 roll out for my device which is MSI GL62M-7RD. The process goes as usual where I being prompted to restart my device, the operation was going fine until the device suddenly restarting, it did pick off the last installation progress (about 46%) when suddenly the BSOD shows up, it did the usual procedure of collecting data etc, if I recall correctly the error said something about update failure (I don't really pay attention) then the device restarts once more, after the last restart it doesn't goes past the booting phase and is stuck on the BIOS, the BIOS also doesn't detect my SSD (Adata SX8200) where I store my Windows OS File. And now I'm stuck at BIOS after updating device to 1809.

Windows 8 failure configuring updates and reverting

I agree 8 is awful! It's not for me though... I replaced a broken screen in a Win 8 laptop that was given to me and I am going to give it for free to someone that can't afford one so they can do homework at home. Yes I took it from 8 to 8.1 back on 10/09/2014. This is what I posted there...

1. Step 1 should read to disable AUTOMATIC updates, not disable manual updates.

2. KB2871398 should really read KB2871389

I would like to say that KB2917499 may also be needed as it was in my case. I also had to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter after installing those 2 updates. After these steps I was able to begin my 8.1 download from the Microsoft store. I don't know if it made a difference or not, but I also went into the Bios and disabled "Secure Boot."

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows Update (BSOD)

Hi Guys.
I have Built a Machine for Crunching a few days ago and I have some issues with Windows Update.

I have installed all Windows Updates but there are around 9 left without been installed becasue everytime i try to install it the Machine Crash and I get a BSOD, can someone tell me what could be causing that Windows Updates makes a Machine crash and get BSOD?
