    Windows 10 1903 Breaks an application


    Hi,

    I did an update to Windows 10 1903-18362.239 and it broke one of our applications with and Entry Point Not Found Error. I tried compatibility settings to fix the error but this did not work.

    I then did a clean install of Windows 10 to a new SSD drive and installed only the application and still received the same error. This is a program that has been running without any issues. I also ran the compatibility trouble shooter and tried different settings. This did not work.


    Here is what I get when I try to start the program.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Windows 10 Pro and Ergnomic Break Reminder

    Hi,



    Apologies for the late reply.



    Do you remember installing any break reminder software?



    It looks like it is a pop up from a break reminder software.



    I suggest you to look for this in Programs in features and uninstall it if do not use it.



    Try the following steps:


    • Press Windows + R keys to open Run Command

    • Type Appwiz.cpl and hit enter

    • Search for the programs and un-install it.
