Windows 10: Windows 10 1903 net work printers stop working [ issue 781 ]

in 1809 their are no net work printer issues.

in 1903 the net gear usb control center, no longer detects the router or printers and all net work printers stop working.

only solution I found was roll back to 1809.


I know their is at least 1 other person having this issue as it is posted in the net gear forums.

but really this issue is 100% microsoft.

and microsoft really sucks on support for issues that they them selfs cause.


Since microsoft wants people to update to 1903 this issue needs resolution beyond roll back to 1809.

And no this is not a net gear issue as the issue is in version 1903 not 1809.


and if your child breaks a lamp is it the child's fault or the lamp manufacturer, obviously you would say the child, but in this case the child's name is microsoft so they do not like to be responsible for the things they break.

Windows 10 app store recently stopped working

To address your issue, we suggest you to try resetting Windows Store components. To do so, follow these steps:

• Right-click Start and open Command Prompt (Admin).
• Run these codes:
  
  Net Stop bits
  
  Net Stop wuauserv
  
  Net Stop appidsvc
  
  Net Stop cryptsvc
  
  Ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak
  
  Ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
  
  Net Start bitsNet Start wuauservNet Start appidsvc
  
  Net Start cryptsvc
• After running these commands, check if your issue is fixed.

Brother printer stopped working

  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

I understand your concern however, I would suggest you to run Print Troubleshooter. The built-in Printer Troubleshooter can automatically detect and fix most of the incorrect settings and errors that could cause issues while
printing. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if there is any issue with the sound. Refer top these steps:

• Click on Troubleshooting and select the
  view all option on the left pane.
  
• Click on Printer troubleshooter and follow the online instructions.

Post that make sure that the Print Spooler service is enabled.

• 
  Press Windows +
  R and type in services.msc then press Enter
  
• 
  Right-click the Print spooler service, and then click
  Properties.
  
• 
  Now stop and start the service.

Printer has stopped working
