Windows 10: Windows 10 1903 November update KB4524570

Hi,


I have just applied the 1909 update to a 1903 machine, after running winver from a command prompt I notice that the version is displaying as:


Version 1903 (OS Build 18365.476)


Is this correct, should it not be displaying as version 1909 (OS Build xxxxx.xxx)

Lost access to one of my email accounts on Windows 10 email. error 0x80048830

I have the same problem with Mail app not syncing gmail too. (no problem with hotmail account)

experiencing this problem after the last windows update.

• November 12, 2019—KB4524570 (OS Builds 18362.476 and 18363.476)
  
• October 24, 2019-KB4522741 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1903 and Windows Server 1903 RTM

i already tried these

- system restore and roll-back to before-update state.

- tried reinstalling mail and calendar app.

- turn off firewall and anti-virus

but the problem is still existing
