Intel GMA 3150 device driver not working on Windows 10

My PC got frozen after instaling Intel GMA 3150 device driver on Windows 10 April 2018 update. Older build never do this problem before. Please help.

Hi guys!
I just received my netbook and i want to improove its graphics performance.
It has a Atom N450 with 2 virtual cores (HT) and a integrated GMA 3150.
My current 3D mark 2003 score is 700.
(thats much better than other netbooks: EeePC900 = 481)
Im using win7 starter and I turned off all eye candy.
Since GMA booster does not support the 3000 series, im trying to tweek it with something else.
I was thinking about upgrading the RAM from 1 to 2GB.
Theoreticly a faster Ram clock should improve the performance too, since the GPU memory is shared.
Right now im using Kingston 1GB pc800 DDR2 400mhz.

Is that gonna improove video perfomance? (at least a little bit?)

Is there anny other way to improove performance?

A Question Regarding the Intel GMA 3150

Hello guys,

I'm in the process of producing a table of information, regarding specific Intel GMA chips. Unfortunately, I've come across somewhat of an inconsistency, regarding the GMA 3150 found inside Pineview Atom processors; the inconsistency being where the 3150 is derived from.

Online, I've seen both the GMA 950/3100 family and X3100 mentioned. From my understanding, it has two unified shaders. Neither the 950 or 3100 had unified shaders, but the X3100 did (8 of them).

This leads me to believe the 3150 is based on the X3100. Your database seems to think it has two unified shaders, hinting at the X3100. However, other sites out there like Anandtech state it's instead derived from either the 3100, or 950. Anandtech even goes as far as to say it's just "a 45-nm die shrink of the 950," while Notebookcheck states it's "based on the X3100 (according to Intel)."

Clocks appear to be in line with either offering, whether it be a 200 MHz GMA 950, or a 400 MHz X3100, halved (and significantly made worse with 75% of its shaders removed).

Is there any definitive answer, with proof? I mean, I've tried to look at any form of Intel documentation (to see if Notebookcheck's claim is true), and came up with nothing (surprisingly!). There is an Atom N400-related PDF document, but the section regarding the integrated graphics is so small and useless, it's pointless.

Wikipedia also seems to think it's based on the 950/3100 family, but again, I have doubts.
