Windows 10: Windows 10 1909 Cumulative Update Problems

I have several computers running Windows 10 Pro, version 1909. Many of these computers need the updates "2020-10 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64 KB4578974" and "2020-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems KB4577671". However, every time I have the systems restart to finish the second part of the updating process, they get to around 90% complete, and then say "Couldn't complete the update, Undoing changes to your PC". I don't use Bitlocker, and have already tried deleting the contents of the Software Distribution file with wuauserv turned off, and then turning it back on and reinstalling the updates. If you need to know any other information about the problem in order to help, please ask! Thanks' for any help!

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

Maybe try with the Windows update mini-tool, found here http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...dows-10-automatic-updates-and-spyware.218745/ , thanks to Mussels. it installed perfectly for me last night.
