Windows 10: Windows 10 1909 is freezing......

now I fresh installed 1909 by USB drive.
Now, my PC takes 5 minutes to boot and if it boot, it can't show me login screen.
After 5 minutes, it may sometimes show login screen.
But I can't login because it didn't show login password enter box.
If it shows that login box sometimes, and then I entered password.
But it can't unlock my PC.
If it unlocked few times, it won't working and freezing enormously.
It is always freezing...
If it unlockes 1 or 2 times in 15 times it freezes enormously so that I can't even access start menu or refresh my PC.

Even mouse cursor won't moving.....

Only 20% of my HDD space is occupied....

What should I do?????

I am having problem with Windows 10 1909 Upgrade Freezes at 48%. Tried installation twice and failed. Any suggestion on how to complete the upgrade ? Please advise.

 

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.
