Windows 10: Windows 10 2004 BSOD boot loop

Discus and support Windows 10 2004 BSOD boot loop in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; Windows update says the May 2020 update is ready for me. I've tried to install it 4 times.     Windows 10 2004 BSOD boot loop


    Windows update says the May 2020 update is ready for me. I've tried to install it 4 times. Installing it is successful. It boots up and is fully usable after the update. Upon reboot, I get stuck in a BSOD boot loop with system thread exception not handled.

    After debugging the dump, I found that the culprit is amdppm.sys. I found that turning off secure boot gets rid of the BSOD, but about 10 seconds after logging into Windows, the system completely dies.

    I can uninstall the feature update in recovery, but after uninstalling I still get the same BSOD. The only way to recover is by turning off secure boot upon booting after uninstalling the update, then I can turn it back on fine after that.

    I've tried using windows update, windows update assistant, and creating a usb using the media creation tool, all the same outcome.

    Ryzen 3900x, EVGA 2080ti, ASUS x570 VIII crosshair formula, and 32gb Trident Z RGB 3600mhz. Currently on Windows 10 1909 build 18363.959

    ughhh! BSOD on boot

    I guess my computer BSOD on boot right before getting to windows. not sure what the problem is though, everything is stable.

    It gave me a list of two files in windows that could have caused the problems

    BSOD Loop on boot

    Hello,

    Earlier today my computer crashed into a BSOD and ever since then it is stuck on a BSOD loop when trying to boot into windows.

    Things I have tried so far:

    -Booting from a USB Windows (Loads the windows logo then BSOD)

    -Letting it do automatic repair (BSOD)

    -Letting it do disk check (BSOD)

    -Running it with different RAM sticks (BSOD)

    -Running it without the 1060 (BSOD)

    -Clearing BIOS settings (BSOD)

    I am at a loss. Any help appreciated.

    -Intel i5 6600k

    -Nvidia 1060

    -16gb ram

    -gigabyte z170x
