Windows 10: Windows 10 2004 failure

Hi guys, I encountered this issue in the latest windows 10 may 2020 exactly after I let windows updates installs an update called cumulative update for windows 10 version 2004 for x64-based systems KB455503, what happens is that the windows doesn't open any program the search box doesn't respond I can only use file explorer, the task maneger shows that the apps are running in the background and when I try to close it the task maneger won't respond , to get windows to work again I have to unplug the ethernet cable and restart my laptop and it works fine as long as I'm offline, I had to reinstall my windows 3 times in a month, Please if someone could help me I will appreciate it

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
